Chakra Balancing
Your energy body is part of you, but not part of your physical body. it is the layer of you consisting of the energy that flows in and around your body, through your nadi's, and concentrates in your chakra's.
Chakras are spinning energy centres of life force energy, they lie along the body's many energy pathways or meridians.
There are seven major chakras located along the midline of the body from the base of the spine to the crown of the head (along the governing meridian). They are part of our subtle energy body.
Our chakras correspond to certain glands, nerve centres and organs within our body. Chakras also correspond to various aspects of the body's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual state. Each Chakra governs a different aspect of the self; grounding and safety, movement and sexuality, personal power, love, communication, intuition, and spiritual connection.
Life force energy moving in and out of the body with the breath is known as ki in Japanese, chi in Chinese and prana in sanskrit. Nadi's, meridians and channels are terms used to describe the passageways for energy throughout the body. free flowing life force energy is necessary for wellbeing and health.
Our chakras take in prana, process it for use by the body, and release it back into the nadi's. chakras can reflect imbalances in the body, mind or spirit.
Your chakras tend to be open and strong after energy work. when you are feeling anxious or stressed or after trauma your chakras can close temporarily. Chakras can change from day to day, moment to moment - opening, closing, widening or narrowing. they can spin clockwise or anticlockwise and their colour can become murky, or dulled. Long term patterns are more significant than a chakras condition at any given moment.
Chakras can be measured by a pendulum swinging back and forth being influenced by the chakra energy or they may be measured by muscle testing.
Your chakra balancing session will take approximately one hour - $70.
